Looking for winter camo for a jacket but soft

We do have a fleece here but it’s going to be more like a throw blanket fabric – with a decent amount of loft and fluffiness. But, could work for a jacket. I also have 7oz poly/cotton twill in Winter Break-Up. This fabric is like lightweight denim and could also work for an outer shell fabric for a jacket.
In either case, I’d recommend grabbing a can or two of Scotchgard™ Water and Sun Shield fabric protector. This will help protect the garment from the elements and keep it lasting. Here is a link to this product
